Yanion was established in 1976 to produce various precision cassette deck mechanisms. With superior quality standard at competitive price, Yanion became one of the major cassette deck manufacturers in the world.

Since 1990s, Yanion began to diverify its product range and successfully entered the consumer audio market. Currently, long-term business relationship has been established with renowned international audio and consumer electronics customers.

Dongguan Yanion Electronics Manufacturing Limited, as our largest production base located in Dongguan, a city in Guangdong of China, outputs 95% of the total production of Yanion.

The Dongguan factory was established in 1990 and has production floor area in excess of 43,000 square meters with high vertically integrated production system to achieve product quality, production efficiency, and cost competitiveness from initial product design to delivery of finished products. The factory has a new product development center supported by teams of experienced mechanical, electronic, and software engineers.

The Metal Stamping Division equipped with more than 32 units of high-precision automatic presses ranging from 15 tons to 350 tons for production of precision metal parts.

The Plastic Injection Division equipped with more than 80 units of precision plastic injection machines with clamping force ranging from 40 tons to 550 tons.

The Tooling Division equipped with advanced CAD/CAM workstations, CMM equipment and over 20 fully computerized numeric controlled machining centers, wire-cut and EDM machines for making of high precision metal and plastic molds.

Additionally, the factory has well equipped metal and plastic spray painting booths, silk-screening, pad-printing and hot-stamping facilities.

Currently, Yanion has a total of 1,500 employees with more than 50 experienced engineers.

In 1997, Yanion obtained ISO 9002 and ISO 9001 certifications.
